Pros
I have been working in the company for 8 years, the best thing about this company is the working environment which is very friendly, especially the CEO of Softech Systems who cares about their employees and their families. On-time salary Friendly environment Provident fund facilities Health insurance Nice food from the kitchen department, although it's paid, very cheap and healthy.
Cons
There were a few of the issues which the company was addressing. Improved HR department now. Social events are not happening for several months due to Corona issues. Yes, no bonuses, which is true. Maybe I can say, some parking issues, which is almost everywhere. Less cleaning inside office.
