Great way to get some experience, then get the hell out as fast as you can.
Cons
Owner always talk about how much they love the customer and even brought in good people to help implement good, sustainable, and customer centric processes and systems. But once presented with the cost to do things the right way, they always choose the easy and cheap way, at the expense of their employees and customers alike. ALWAYS. So everyone that wants to do the right thing has left because ultimately this company rather work based on attrition and getting every last squeeze out of you before you burn out and leave.
