If you speak on policies they directly ask to resign or Terminate by themself, And can not trust on joining letter they can change it after joining according to them. No Training for any new assignment. Just assign work to you and ask to complete it at a time which is not possible all the time. Lack of resources, You will be assigned for any technology and you do not have time to learn.
