Several non-technical managers attempt to make technical decisions without sufficient understanding, resulting in unrealistic expectations, excessive pressure, and deadlines that do not align with technical feasibility. Product Owners and Managers are among the weakest aspects of the organization. Project planning, requirement management, and stakeholder communication are often ineffective. In some cases, managers have displayed inappropriate and unprofessional communication styles, including the use of disrespectful or abusive language.
