Pros

The interview process is straightforward and relatively easy, making it accessible for those seeking their first job in the industry.

Cons

The company has a highly toxic environment. Employees are expected to work long hours with no regard for work-life balance, including no weekends off. During my tenure, I saw about ten employees hired and fired within three months under the pretext of "poor performance," creating an unstable and insecure workplace. The management is disorganized, with two CEOs who often play “good cop, bad cop,” leading to confusion and a lack of clear direction. There’s a pervasive culture of surveillance, with cameras and microphones used to monitor employees’ conversations, which erodes trust and creates a hostile atmosphere. Due to these issues, the company has seen significant attrition, dropping from around 20–25 employees to just 5–6. This reflects their inability to retain talent or foster a positive working environment.

Pros

I joined Softpers as an Associate 3 years ago. This company helped my career a lot. If you want to join Softpers, you need to work hard and not be lazy. The company pushes you to learn new things and grow. You can move up in your career here. I really respect both co-founders. I learned so much during my time here. They helped me become better than most people in the industry. Thank you Softpers

Cons

The only problem is if you don't want to grow and learn, this isn't the right place for you. You need to be motivated to do well here.

Pros

The only positive aspect was having employment during a time when being jobless was not an option.

Cons

Softpers Interactive is not a good place to work. The environment is toxic, with favoritism and too much control from managers who don’t listen to employees. Simple tasks take too long because of slow administration, and the rules keep changing without warning. HR doesn’t support employees and ignores complaints, siding with management. They force employees to work late and on weekends, with no regard for work-life balance. Management frequently pings employees on WhatsApp at all hours, showing a complete lack of professionalism and respect for personal time. People are often fired without warning, creating job insecurity. There are no team activities or outings to make work enjoyable. Overall, it’s a stressful and unfair workplace that I wouldn’t recommend.
