      The company wants to be agile, but there is a lot of bureaucracy. The agile coaches don’t know the day-by-day operation and the relationship with clients.

      Pros

      Softplan is a small company that sells architectural design software. The biggest pro was my fellow employees.

      Cons

      There is absolutely zero opportunity to grow inside the company. Your income is highly dependent on your territory as well and laws and codes of those particular territories.
