Pros
It is a branch of a former Russian company, so there are experienced employees who create a skeleton of the company. The environment is pretty friendly. The salaries are competitive for post-soviet countries though not as big as what you could get working in the EU or the US.
Cons
1. Work ethics started to decline. Some employees engage in offensive online behaviour while the HR department does nothing about it. However, it is not widespread. The project varies to project, you may not get into those toxic environments. 2. Less stability than before. Since the IT market is unstable, it is pretty possible to lose your job without compensation.
