Lots of favouritism long sale cycles

SoftwareReviews was once a great place to work but now it's a sinking ship with little fires everywhere.

Layoffs. Everything is transactional. No loyalty. One of the key people in this org is a narcissist who creates chaos. Lots of gossip. Oh, don't even get me started about the "Karens" who work here. They are the kind of people who take credit for your ideas, talk trash behind your back, and will shove you under a bus the first chance they get.
