      Pros

      - Lots of training and mentorship with dedicated intern trainers - Opportunity to work on real projects and present to clients - Detailed 2 week 'bootcamp' - Great social atmosphere among interns and lots of opportunities to talk to other employees - Great breakfasts!

      Cons

      - Interns often come in with varying levels of coding experience, so can be difficult to adjust initially. They do very well to get you up to speed though!

      You work on a real project which is actually used in the real world You learn a lot about various technologies The co-workers are very friendly and always helpful Relaxed environment, you can move at your own pace
