It really feels like a family. There's a sense of belonging and working together. Flexibility of work with remote or hybrid is amazing, as well as the autonomy provided to get your work done the way you need to. CEO is on on first name bases, like the rest of the executive team, and that speaks volumes.

"Cons" is light use here, but time zones can be tricky when working with an international team, but everyone adjusts to help the others.

It is very refreshing to work with talented team members who are capable of finding solutions and following through on solving problems. The pace of work keeps everyone busy but not overwhelmed. Support from Management has been wonderful - always open to hearing and trying new ideas. This company is growing and has a lot of potential but they are smart not to bite off more than they can chew. If you're looking to be an active contributor in your expertise, this is a great environment for you to give your input.

I don't think this is a con, but since some teams are based in India there needs to be a consideration for the time zone. This just means both sides have to learn to manage expectations - which they do well.
