Pros
Everyone on this team is extremely welcoming and eager to help. Collaboration is both welcomed and encouraged across teams and departments. There's never been a moment where I didn't feel comfortable asking a question or looking for assistance from different team members. I work with a group of people I genuinely enjoy interacting with. I feel supported both in my professional life and also in my personal life; everyone really cares about each other. The work/life balance is very healthy and employees are encouraged to take care of themselves and enjoy time away. The product is constantly evolving which adds an exciting element to the work; there is always something new to learn. It's a great and exciting environment to be a part of!
Cons
I use the word "con" lightly here... Our platform is used worldwide plus part of the team is located in India so scheduling things can sometimes get tricky. Find a good time zone converter :) Because the product is always evolving, some internal processes take a little longer to "catch up." To thrive with this company, you need to be flexible and adaptable. On the flip side, you have the opportunity to shape the company as it grows.
