Great team, fun place to work, supportive managers, good focus on health and safety and wellbeing

None really. Sometimes my diary changes a lot which is ok for me but some people might not like

It's local. Toasty Tuesday is nice if you're in the office. The directors have a box at the saints and if they aren't using it they might let you go

The management has been promoted from within. One minute they are senior engineers the next they've given themselves titles like MD and CEO. Unfortunately although good engineers they have no clue how to run a business. The hours are dangerously long on site and cost cutting is the only way they get jobs. This exposed the on site staff to unnecessary risks and unnecessary pressure. There's no strategic direction there's no management at a senior level, the MD involves herself with day to day and the CEO is incompetent at almost everything. Poor guy is totally out of his depth. Unfortunately with these two at the helm the company will atrophy.
