Cons
Very small company, riddled with product failure and poor customer service after 21 years. High turnover of Pres./CEOs and other executives in the last ten years. They've left or been fired. Facilities are crowded with a mish~mash of furnishing. Facilities are crowded with empty cubicles of employees who are no longer there & start have a mish~mash of furnishing.
Due to their remote location there is very poor IT connectivity & frequent power outages. There is no IT person on staff to addresss IT problems. IT problems are referred to consultant. This causes problems for onsite& remote employees.
