      dedicated staff who want to do the best for customers

      Cons

      Understaffed in many areas Very little direction from leadership Certain people seem able to do whatever they want Uncertain future. Since the takeover by Comtech, it is not clear what the future holds. There is no communication from leadership

      Camaraderie, great people, strong commitment, solid culture

      As always, when you are in sales you feel product sometimes is slow to respond or listen.

      The Good: the people that I have worked with, very friendly.

      The Bad: the managements, they don't seems to know what they are doing. The Ugly: working with old technology.
