Pros
Excellent Work-Life Balance - Management as a whole is communicative and not rigid when it comes to needing varying time off or flexibility with schedule.
Remote/ Hybrid Working - This is a commodity and I would also list it as a benefit of working with the company.
Stability - Going back through the history of the company they have done minimal to no downsizing, which is increasingly rare in the economic rollercoaster today.
Senior Leadership - I've had the opportunity to speak with many of the executive leaders and each are extremely personable and easy to reach. They are transparent with their decision making and have found a balance of looking out for clients as well as listening to the employees.
Cons
As it is a smaller company, there isn't significant room for vertical growth. However, there are still ways to expand skillsets and earn more.
Operational Changes - Changes/ improvements to internal operations are frequent and "fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants" many times. This can be good and bad, but requires a lot of adapting.
There is also a push now for more in-office days. While this comes from a positive place to build up the work culture, it makes it difficult for the HQ employees as there is limited space.
