Pros

Learning is best done when mistakes are committed and this is one such place that gives you the freedom to make errors and learn from them. There is no one such way to go about PV Design and it's all about ideas. Guidance is given at any point of time but self motivated learning is appreciated the most. Got the opportunity to attend conferences and go on site visits to interesting places which proved to be a great source of learning and networking. I received great support from the core team and I'm grateful for this learning opportunity.

Cons

Takes time to understand the finances involved and hence inorder to understand it internship period must be 3-6 months at least.

Pros

I feel one of the best reasons to work at Solarify is the continuous room for growth. You can always keep learning and excelling in new things every day ranging from technical writing to PV designing. The flexible environment never exhausts you from your work time.

Cons

Not exactly a con per se, but like many other companies Solarify is still in its early stages hence their reach and employee limit is still in a single digit. However, at the rate that they are growing. I am pretty sure they will expand their outreach in a couple of years, taking into account how they are evolving.

Pros

For someone who is driven by his passion to work in the field of Renwable Energy and Environment , Solarify as start-up company comprising a team of like-minded eco engineers , gives you a good opportunity to learn , gather knowledge and improvise oneself from basics to technical know-how of working in the field of Renewable Energy.

Cons

Your passion to work in this field is everything that feeds and drives this company to be one of the best in this field ,which I would guess would be definite in the coming 2-3 years. And for one has to compromise on expectations of high salaries and high financial incentives as of now.
