      The benefits were decent and being able to dress casually.

      Cons

      The management was poor, they were only concerned with made them looked good. Communication from management was horrible and the ability to professionally was not there.

      very friendly management, health care coverage was good

      Cons

      no prior notification of mass layoff and no two-week severance package given to almost all employees
