Pros
- A lot of freedom, very little individual responsibility - Good if you're a mature enough self starter, who does not mind a massive chaos around you - Very flat structure; can talk to all people in the company
Cons
- Very male engineering lead company, extremely tech driven, where businesses requirements are secondary. - Super siloed, no cooperation between teams. - Operationally a chaos; poor to non-existent operational management. - Development teams are very young and inexperienced, which shows in the pace of dev when combined with poor operational management. - (Almost) All MT members are in their first MT position, and it shows. They're learning their leaderships skills, which are not quite there yet. - Competition going past left and right, but that does not faze the management one bit. - Very flat structure; no career progression opportunities. - Not a start-up, not a mature publicly listed company: worst of both worlds.
