They just fired their 5th COO, the owner is incredibly incompetent and will eventually destroy the company. The employees have no respect for him and he constantly send them on fools' errands in a desperate attempt to grow the business. The puppets he puts in place to manage are just "yes men" there to keep him from having to get the employees to do his unsuccessful and time consuming initiatives.
