Pros
none, actually MAYBE some of the people you get to work with, but only the ones within your "class" even acknowledge your presence.
Cons
Again, many many many small minded men within this company, a lot of people in positions with titles that give them the power to do what ever they want but never their job responsibilities. None of the teams are ever willing to work together even though they are all apart of the same company. Oh and the CEO found it financially appropriate to have a massive 50ft animal mascot designed and built, and then decided to name this mascot after himself, Q-Man (Qichao Hu).
