Plenty of unpredictability, you're basically a nobody - Coach Solidcore Employee Review

Pros

The workout is great, and it's rewarding to watch clients improve.

Cons

The company creates extremely unfair and unattainable expectations that as soon as you start to get used to, they change again. It's obvious that some markets are favored over others, so if you're stuck at a studio that doesn't do well, tough luck. Changes to pay structure, class times or offerings, or schedules happen CONSTANTLY, so neither you nor the clients can find routine or structure. Even when you try to help out when they need it, it's not really appreciated. Quality control of coaches and the training experience varies significantly. If you have an idea you'd like to implement to try to improve something, it will never get heard. This correlates with a handful of other reviews mentioning that it's all a popularity contest. If you aren't a "somebody" in this company, forget about the idea that you may be in the future. They just don't care. About you, your opportunities for growth, or paying you what you deserve for that matter.

Pros

Really good working culture with a focus on DEI. Good work life balance. Lots of advancement opportunities if you perform well. It's on a great growth journey and hiring lots of new people.

Cons

It's a big company but can feel like a startup. Sometimes things can feel a bit unstructured, which also can be a positive thing if you want to create change. Also can do better on compensation.
