      Entrepreneurial atmosphere that teaches you how to manage all aspects of a business.

      Cons

      Little to no support from upper management, false promises of promotions, zero organization at any level, rash and reactionary decision making from the Executive team, no loyalty towards long-term employees who’ve committed much of their lives to the company.

      Pros

      Really good working culture with a focus on DEI. Good work life balance. Lots of advancement opportunities if you perform well. It's on a great growth journey and hiring lots of new people.

      Cons

      It's a big company but can feel like a startup. Sometimes things can feel a bit unstructured, which also can be a positive thing if you want to create change. Also can do better on compensation.
