Pros
Other studio managers, coaches, and clients are a delight to work with. It is a fun, fast-paced environment. Great for someone who is looking to learn a lot and likes to work a lot (think 60+ hour weeks a lot). Entrepreneurial atmosphere for problem solvers and creative thinkers.
Cons
With a recent restructure, there is very limited room for growth, if any. Expectations pivot constantly with little support or explanation as to why. No appropriate promotion or compensation rewards for high performers. Expect to feel taken advantage of. Expect to feel expendable.
