Pros

The workout is innovative and intriguing to a lot of people. Although most clients will just come to show off their outfits & take pictures for Instagram!

Cons

-The PAY! This is not a livable wage; especially for the amount responsibility for the role. They SAY you have plenty of work/life balance but that it not true. You are on call 24/7 if something happens to the studio or a coach can't teach a class. Despite doubling my studio's sales & revenue goals month to month, they said they couldn't pay me more than $48k for the role. So I had to quit because I couldn't even afford to live & support a family on this pathetic salary. I was treated very nicely (because I was making them A LOT of money and they got to take advantage of me) up until I put in my 2weeks notice....and right away upper management gave me a cold shoulder and just wanted me to give them recommendations to fill the role. -The ROLE STRUCTURE: This role is a mess. You manage the studio's operations, facilities, sales, community outreach, facilitating part of new instructor training, your current instructors PLUS you have to coach at least 15 classes a week and you're expected to take coach's classes to give them feedback and develop them. It's way too many duties for one role. I've worked with other fitness brands and these duties are divided up into at least 3 management roles, if not more. They tell you you're supposed to focus more on coaching and helping to develop your team but that is not the case.

Pros

Really good working culture with a focus on DEI. Good work life balance. Lots of advancement opportunities if you perform well. It's on a great growth journey and hiring lots of new people.

Cons

It's a big company but can feel like a startup. Sometimes things can feel a bit unstructured, which also can be a positive thing if you want to create change. Also can do better on compensation.
