Cons
Management chain is often confusing and extremely low quality - mid-level management is unsupportive and condescending. Work too many hours without being appropriately compensated. Job is roughly 3 full time jobs put in one. Little to no support or training. Management will take advantage of you, often common in the industry. If you aren't a favorite, you'll likely not get professional development or opportunities to grow. Unclear job descriptions. Tokenizing of underserved/diverse/minority individuals.
