      Toxic culture. Tall and rusty gates. Reactionary decision making. VC backed, so it's all about output . Great place if you like getting thrown under buses.

      Cons

      Operation director. Backstabbing. Toxic environment. They brought in someone from the fulfillment side to serve as Director of Operations. Since then, not only has fulfillment suffered, but overall operations have as well. He lacks experience in team management and frequently relies on his team members for guidance.
