Pros

Progression is genuinely good and pay is reviewed every 6 months. Increases are realistic and you can expect around £1k–£5k per review depending on performance. It’s a solid place to learn, gain real client experience, and build strong technical skills. You get exposure to real projects rather than being sheltered, which is great early and mid-career. I’d rate the company as it stands 3.7 out of 5.0.

Cons

Since Reply took over, the company culture has definitely tightened. There’s a much bigger push on internal targets, which can be frustrating when you’re already fully utilised on client work. You often find yourself asking how you’re expected to deliver internal targets on top of being 100% client facing. There’s an expectation to work overtime. While it’s often said that overtime isn’t encouraged, internal objectives and review targets still include extra internal work, which indirectly creates pressure. If internal work should either be optional or clearly incentivised. A transparent reward structure for extra effort would go a long way in motivating people rather than burning them out. Sick pay is one of the weakest areas. You won’t be paid beyond 5 sick days per year, which feels very outdated and unsupportive compared to industry standards. Overall A good company to learn in with decent pay progression and strong client exposure. However, since the Reply acquisition, you can feel the squeeze more, particularly around workload expectations and internal pressures. Great for experience and growth, but the balance could be improved.
