Pros
Independence at work because no one dare to interfere if you are good, as Project manager and Architect themselves are spending time.
Cons
1) They make false Promises, They hire for senior role as no one joins this company out its bad reputation. Once you joined they try to suck the knowledge. Beware of Solix!!! 2) If you are a fresh or junior you find Architect & Manager you can easily identify that they are useful and nuthing to gain knowledge from. They are simply working there for years as they are knowledge to move out of it. 3) CEO is worst guy. Basically, this is being managed under binami money When you gone through the products portfolio they remains me of projects that I submitted during my bachelors. So don't know when it is going to sink. 4) You can go through the facilities & infrastructure of this company. will get to know face of they company. 5) You can see the used rest room brush, Tea/Coffee cup lying side by side. Canteen is highlight. .... Most of the above are bearable but they have worst products that are built on simple dynamic queries and incapable technical Management. So money will come out of binami but you will not grow.
