Pros

- A lot of meeting for management level of employees - Very suitable workplace for homeless employees. Boss with love you

Cons

- Company cannot sustain without asking employee to work overtime - Not suitable for employees that has weak mental - Project always get dragged because of decision making from boss - Need to work 8 working hours (without counting lunch time) for 6 days in a week. Boss veey happy to see you working for 6/7 days - Beware for the company "handbook" that Implemented by management. The "handbook" is the only employment act in this company - Salary is separated into basic salary and attendance allowance and the management will often cut off ur salary just because you didn't finish what they expected you to do. So basically all the allowance given can be assumed as lucky draw price - No accident insurance covered by company as the management said: "You have SOCSO" - Medical claim is RM 50 per receipt and can only be claimed once per month. Management encourages employees to come for work even they are sick if not employees might get blamed for not completing the tasks. - Do not expect company to purchase insurance for outstation flight. Save money equal revenue of company - Basically no increment and bonus since 2023

Pros

The support I received from my colleague was the key reason I was able to stay and do my work happily. Their help made a huge difference, creating a positive and encouraging environment that allowed me to stay motivated and productive.

Cons

My experience with SOLO has been very disappointing due to several serious issues. The management is disorganized, and the CEO is often indecisive, which causes confusion and a lack of direction. The leader, Cheong TS are unsupportive and more focused on belittling employees rather than helping them grow. He, in particular, often acts as if he is superior to everyone else, which creates a toxic environment where employees are undervalued. The company offers little to no benefits, and employees are frequently expected to work overtime without any compensation or acknowledgment. The work culture is further poisoned by the founder's negative attitude, contributing to an overall toxic atmosphere. Instead of fostering a supportive and empowering environment, there is a culture of criticism, unfair expectations, and low morale. Overall, the lack of support, poor leadership, and toxic behaviors make it an extremely unpleasant place to work. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a respectful, supportive, or fair workplace.
