      Pros

      It was a good learning experience and job opportunities post analyst role are good - places well into buyside, grad school, lateral to other bank, etc. Decent work/life balance for an IBD analyst. Good collegial culture among the junior bankers.

      Cons

      General disregard for analyst time/plans but it's banking what do you expect. Analysts potentially do a lot of administrative work.

      Invest heavily in employees and junior talent, lots of opportunities to participate above your title, supportive environment

      Cons

      Heavily group dependent, challenging hours, lots of turnover, average pay (not necessarily a con, but right on target though some may argue that it merits higher comp)
