If it's the only job you can get, well, that's a pro. The only pro is that there's a paycheck.
Cons
Payroll once a month, health benefits that aren't very good and very high cost if you have a family, inconsistent and generally poor leadership. Increasingly poor and erratic decisionmaking by senior leadership.
