      Pros

      I worked for Solution Partners for about 2 years and had a great overall experience. This was my first job out of college and it was a great learning experience for me. I was a full-time, perm team Technical Recruiter and really enjoyed my team as well as my boss. This company was a great stepping stone for my career and I would recommend to any new grad who is interested in Sales or Recruiting.

      SPS has great benefits and good people to work with.

      Cons

      No growth and will not learn anything new. You will grow stagnant over time.
