      Generally good management, good compensation and flexibility.

      Cons

      Most of the client contracts have a short duration. There is a high probability to jump from one technology to another depending on the duration of the client project.

      Pros

      I loved working with everyone there from the Solution Street management team down to every developer and QA tester. Really smart, fun-loving, caring bunch. The management team allows everyone the independence to perform their best for clients while also always there to provide solid support as needed.

      None that I have experienced.
