      Pros

      People are close like a family and big opportunity to travel in north America and international countries. Easy to get vacation and off scheduled

      Cons

      Not big opportunity to be prompted. Maybe It is too small to hold different positions. It is not a good idea to blame other department if issue happens.

      Family Feel Flexible Worldly Lots of Diversity in the staff Nimble Head Office is in a smaller city and the quality of life is better

      Cons

      Head Office is not in a major market so business travel is a bit longer
