      Pros

      Dave and Mike value their team and because of that, we are constantly striving to make ourselves better—having a more skilled and experienced team leads to a better company. Dave will listen to you and provide you an opportunity if you want to learn different aspects of the company. ‘I really think I could help the company/clients by moving into this area.’ It’s up to each employee to figure out how he or she can be best utilized in a growing company and because our leadership hears us, I believe many individuals will find careers, not just a job within this company.

      Pros

      THE best reason to work at Solutions is the people. My coworkers in the clinical staff are amazing. Everyone goes out of their way to help each other when needed. There is always a listening ear or out-stretched hand. The patients are an experience you only get in residential care. Many of the staff in general are in recovery and glad to share stories of hope when anyone has a rough day. I cannot say enough about our people. The offices are decent sizes. The supplies are not hard to come by. The campus is beautiful.

      Cons

      There are a few down sides. Clinical manager and team leader are kept busy and can be difficult to see. Training is limited and not good for someone new to substance abuse and/or therapy. Knowledge of 12-step programs is very important despite us not being a 12-step based program. (We are CBT based.)
