Pros
Tons of experience on staff: Strong creative, connection strategy, PM and account teams - which creates an engaging environment for learning and growing and many opportunities for smart, well-done work. Great manager: My manager taught me so so so many things and advocated strongly for my development, always focusing on making the work better and teaching me along way. She prioritized my growth and never missed a 1:1 - I still consider her a great friend and mentor today. Lots of chances for learning: Solve is a small shop - as such, people are expected to wear many hats and try a lot of new things, which pushes people to become well-rounded hand-raisers. Camaraderie in spades: The team believes in the vision of the "collective might" and holds regular happy hours and events for socializing.
Cons
Long hours (typical for ad agencies). It's also a small shop, which can add to the long hours when there's turnover. Not a ton of POC representation on staff + lots of dudes in leadership when I was there (again, pretty typical of most shops) - seems like since I've left they've increased diversity which is promising.
