      Cozy and respectful company culture (no backstabbing) ; Lot of independence / flexibility ; Almost always work from the office rather than at the client's

      Cons

      Pressure on consultants on the high side but not exceptionally so (45 hrs per week probably a good average) ; Service offering not the most modern

      Pros

      * flat and open company culture (expect to hear strategy, financial results,...) * remuneration in line with market * community of engineers driven by the implementation of planning solutions (from technical and business perspective)

      Cons

      * structure, and processes still need to mature now that it is growing * can include more business consulting...while that is on the roadmap
