It's truth company is fake. Company's boss started a new business, Business name is "CSRDM" C = make a CONTRACT S = make a SLAVE R = RUSTICATE with out any reason DM = DEMAND MONEY for break contract I explain the whole procedure of company process 1. Hired employee whom is agree with Company's policy and bond contract. nothing important to his/her knowledge or talent. 2. Give to training under company work demand nothing matter to employee want do work and interesting to in which technology. 3. Do every end of the day face to face work reporting with it's boss in his cabin for listen abuse. 4. Pay too much less Salary and nothing appraisal. 5. No salary slip 6. No copy of Bond agreement 7. Nothing to pay employee Overtime 8. Not allowed Mobile phone 9. Focusing point is Boss behaviour like giant 10. Company timing was 9 to 6.30 with half hour lunch break but you can't go before 7.30 because every day need to spend one hour for Reporting in boss cabin. Finally nothing any positive point for employee.
