      Pros

      The management team really seems to care about their employees. Sometimes Employees may have to work late/from home sometimes when the company needs you to, but that is balanced with the ability to work from home when YOU need to. The management spent a lot of time investing in R & D for developing technology / Product. Employees works here peacefully .

      Cons

      Employers acts very late to take action against the non performers in this regard Management has to introduce a stringent process & this will help to grow business.

      Pros

      Great place to work with lots of learning scope and a friendly environment. Salary is credited on time. Fixed weekend off and no rotational shifts.

      Cons

      Nothing such, everything is going quite well.
