Not worth your Mental Health - Recruiter Somewhere Employee Review

Left the company due to management. Very unprofessional to the point that they lack accountability and alter things to put the blame on you They have 2 managers that will manage you but both lack consistent communication and you have to adjust according to their work hours and preferences. They invalidate your concerns and take it as a need for improvement. My managers do not like celebrating and acknowledging wins/milestones instead, they’re focused on deadlines, mistakes, and need for improvement. They hire managers that lack people management and don’t trust their employees.
