What makes Somewhere stand out to me is how real it all feels. I’ve worked in places where scaling fast came at the cost of quality, but here, it’s the opposite—everything is intentional, thoughtful, and genuinely people-first. The culture’s low-ego, mission-focused, and full of smart, kind folks who actually listen. I never feel disconnected—the communication is solid, and there’s trust to do your thing without micromanagement. One of the best moments so far was helping a client land a hire they thought was impossible, within just a few weeks! That's the kind of impact that gives my work meaning.
Cons
I don't consider high pressure to be a con - Somewhere provides us everything we need to get the job done. It's up to us to get the work done.
