Pros
Sonalake is an excellent company to work at. There's a lot of great people in the company, and everyone is friendly/easy to get along with. Mostly flat hierarchical structure. As Sonalake is a software partnering company, there's a variety of potential clients/projects to work on. Projects are a mixture of client work and product work. Employees are looked after well enough, with incentives for training and opportunities to grow skills.
Cons
Not enough leaders, which leads to those in senior/leadership positions on a team having to do more (but this is actively being addressed). Sometimes client projects can be difficult (comes with the territory, but Sonalake is good at looking after employees and letting them move away from a project they don't like).
