The office and team are completely disorganized and dysfunctional. CEO seems to have his own agenda, like he spends money on a new computer for himself every month. I thought this was a startup?! Other founder basically just does whatever he is told. Team is all very young and inexperienced. Employees are fired with no process or care. I would not recommend any friend to apply there.

Interesting technology, that is all but far from enough to care.

CEO doesn't hire anyone over 30 and employees are fired without notice. Company does not conduct proper employee review processes, some that may even be illegal. CEO often lies to investors and customers regularly which is also very bad for the company. Company had potential but the leadership will drive the company out of business.
