      Pros

      Fantastic company. Well-led by Mr. Jack. Very open management, very good communication from them. Innovative and very forward-looking company as a whole. Great focus on green initiatives and safety of workers.

      Cons

      Very easy to "step on toes" because of seniority and/or "culture" differences. It's easy to stand and say "What did I do?" while someone runs off very offended.

      Engineering is actively developing new processes and attempting to make things more reliable

      Cons

      The heat and the some of the safety requirements are too strict, especially whenever it's excessively hot and you're required to wear FR with reflective stripes
