      Pros

      The hourly workforce was great and supportive when working on projects and investigations.

      Cons

      "manager" didn't understand my role with the organization. Publically threw me under the bus multiple times. Expected to miss children's events with zero notice. Never trusted.

      Engineering is actively developing new processes and attempting to make things more reliable

      Cons

      The heat and the some of the safety requirements are too strict, especially whenever it's excessively hot and you're required to wear FR with reflective stripes
