      Great pay great chance for moving up good healthy work environment the supervisors who really care. Always something new to learn

      Cons

      Is the train on either side of the only entrance 2 days a week it'll sit on the tracks and not move right when we're supposed to be clocking in

      Engineering is actively developing new processes and attempting to make things more reliable

      Cons

      The heat and the some of the safety requirements are too strict, especially whenever it's excessively hot and you're required to wear FR with reflective stripes
