Great company culture. Co-workers are very helpful, and they are willing to each you the things that you do not know as a rookie. No hierarchy or micro management. This is a place, where you can do your job the way you want it. A lot of happy hours and company activities.

Limited career path and growth. However, if you like want you do, you probably would not wan to leave this company.
