      Best working environment and culture.

      Cons

      No bonus. No dinner. Mostly all employee hire by contract and hard to convert permanent even working 8 years. Poor Sophic Automation management at PG 12 and also have personal issue with staff.

      close to some eating places (like 2 min walk), The company also provide a recreation area alongside a coffee machine which is nice.

      Cons

      Lack of structured onboarding and technical guidance, despite a requirement to provide deliverables every week. There is very little interaction or integration between the full-time staff and the intern team
