Pros

- The people within the organisation , working below C Level are co-operative and wants to do the best for their role, company and client they work with

Cons

- Old approach to management [Military]. You cannot voice your opinion to the leaders; you need to go through multiple layers of management to 'possibly being heard' - Promotes working in silos rather than collaboratively (Partly driven by the Department Target set by the CEO] - You are not setup to succeed - Product is not user friendly and focus is on sending Bulk SMS only. - Only growth in the company has been by acquisition - You are told to sell products that are not fully tested or operational or have bugs in it. - As per comments from the Global meetings held over the course of last year and to date; there is an issue with high staff turnover. Employees that stays behind has to take on the workload and in certain cases do not have the skill or have been train to perform those jobs. - Big issue with documentation and governance.

Pros

Great people that need to leave when they can !

Cons

Take the positive reviews with caution, many were encouraged internally and don’t reflect reality. Soprano Design operates under a culture of fear. Some members of the executive team lead through intimidation rather than inspiration. Disrespect, dismissive behaviour, and public humiliation have become part of daily life. Decisions are made impulsively, priorities shift constantly, and employees are left to deal with the fallout. The environment is toxic: pressure is constant, collaboration is discouraged, and taking responsibility is rare. When things go wrong, blame is pushed down the chain. Morale is low, turnover is high, and burnout is seen as normal. Also words like bullying, narcissistic, egotism, controlling, know it all, disrespect, selfish, come to mind. There are great people in this company. Smart, motivated, and kind, but they are trapped in a system that rewards control, not competence. Many eventually leave, not because they can’t handle the work, but because they can’t tolerate the culture. Others are fired because they stood up for honesty and respect. If you value professionalism, respect, or psychological safety, look elsewhere.
