Not much, to be honest.

- The people here really are passionate about the product and very bright thinkers. I'm constantly challenged in a good way here. - Perks are awesome. You can find out about those on the jobs page. - I've learned more in a short period of time here than at other jobs (even other startups) in much longer. Knowledge is on a come-and-get-it basis here. - Management genuinely wants you to wildly succeed. They hire people for a reason here, so they believe in them and their potential. - There are many great dogs.

- Hours can be long. No one cares how late you stay or what your schedule is (it's very much a "just get your shiza done" mindset), but sometimes it's unavoidable.
